Plant hunting

They say travel broadens the mind …
 
At least that’s our excuse.  For us our plant hunting trips are essential, with Spain as one of our favourite destinations.
 
These trips allow us to study the plants we grow in their natural habitat and to better understand their needs.  It gives us an opportunity to see which plants grow together naturally in the wild.  All of which means that we are better able to advise you.
 
It also enables us to discover new varieties which, after being trialled in our garden, may one day be grown in yours.
 
In January 2008 we went plant hunting in Corsica – bringing back plants and photos to share.
